Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and Procurement

Adam Lapino is the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and Procurement for LURIN’S Distribution Division. Adam has oversight responsibility for Corporate Demand Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Distribution Logistics Operations. Adam brings over 20 years of experience developing and delivering global supply chain solutions in various industries ranging from Retail and Pharma to Aerospace, Consumer Packaged Goods and High Tech. Adam’s expertise includes change management, operational streamlining, process improvement, developing global supply chain architecture and implementing scalable fulfillment solutions for organizations such as DHL Supply Chain, The Home Depot, Siemens and Unilever. Adam holds multiple certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and APICS, and serves in an advisory capacity for several industry leading supply chain consulting firms. Adam comes to LURIN from Markforged, a manufacturer of industrial grade 3D printers where he led global supply chain operations and was part of the executive team enabling the organization’s IPO. Adam completed his Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
