At Lurin, human capital isn’t a thing we do. It’s THE thing that runs our business. We invest our time and resources to recruit, train and mentor the top talent in the multifamily industry. We offer the most exemplary mentor programs which provide continued career acceleration while also providing personal satisfaction. Our day to day philosophy is to train people well enough so they can leave, but treat them well enough so they don’t want to. We not only encourage but insist on a work life balance. This not only inspires our team to perform at optimum levels but also insists on our core values and principles. Nothing we do at Lurin is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, we bet on people, not on procedures.

Resident Satisfaction and Energy Conservation

 

Lurin is always seeking out and implementing programs and procedures for industry best practices that benefit and improve the lives of our residents.  Our residents happiness is our primary goal. With this in mind, we continue to base our management on their feedback. We actively participate in resident survey programs which we then utilize for future policy and renovation implementation throughout our communities.  In addition to serving our residents, we also seek out ways to conserve and manage our ecological resources. We have and will continue to implement water saving devices, energy efficient appliances, LED lighting and other eco-friendly systems to ensure our carbon foot print is reduced for future generations.

Since Lurin’s inception, our goal has been to seek out opportunities with value add components that not only benefit the community directly but also the entire neighborhood.  With our “roll up our sleeves” mentality, we continue to seek out and invest in the “diamond in the rough” communities. This approach has proven to be not only beneficial to our communities but profitable one for our partners.
