Senior Vice President of Investor Relations

Monica is Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at Lurin where she is responsible for the firm’s marketing, capital raising and investor relations activities. Prior to joining Lurin, Monica was Vice President at Sentinel Real Estate, a privately-held real estate investment manager focused on multi-family assets located throughout the United States. At Sentinel, Monica was responsible for raising capital from U.S. institutional clients for the firm’s various investment products. From 2010 to 2013, Monica was Director of Global Marketing & Client Services at PGIM Real Estate (previously known as Prudential Real Estate Investors) working on the design, development and implementation of investment products and strategic initiatives for the firm. Between 2003 and 2009, she worked at DRA Advisors in various aspects of client relations, marketing and portfolio management. She has also held positions at SSR Realty Advisors and Chelsea Property Group.  Monica graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science and received her Master’s in Real Estate from New York University.
