Chief Financial Officer

Rachel Purcell is the Chief Financial Officer of LURIN where she is responsible for overseeing the accounting, finance, financial reporting and treasury functions for the firm.  Prior to joining LURIN, Ms. Purcell was the Chief Financial Officer of Nicholas Residential, a fully integrated multi-family real estate investment company.  As Chief Financial Officer, she was responsible for overseeing the accounting, risk management, IT, treasury and compliance groups and was an integral member of the executive team setting strategic direction for the organization. Prior to joining Nicholas Residential, Ms. Purcell was the Chief Administrative Officer of U.S. Residential Group, a national third-party multi-family property management company, and Chief Administrative Officer of Millcreek Residential, an owner, developer and operator of Class A multi-family properties in the US.   Ms. Purcell has held similar positions at Snelling Staffing, a temporary staffing agency, Riverstone Residential Group, a national multi-family property management company, and Trammell Crow Residential, an owner, developer and operator of multi-family properties.  Ms. Purcell started her career at Deloitte where she was a Senior Manager in the audit department serving public and private real estate clients. Ms. Purcell received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California and her Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.  She holds her CPA license in Texas and California.
