Naomi Souza is the Chief Process and Administrative Officer at Lurin. In addition to directing the administrative practices for the organization, in this role Naomi is also responsible for the improvement of business processes across the company, collaboration within Lurin’s modern digital workplace, strategic enterprise initiatives and transaction management. Prior to joining Lurin, Naomi spent 14 years serving in various roles at RealFoundations, a global professional services firm focused solely on real estate. As the Director of Presence and Assets, Naomi spent 6 years leading a global team that supported business development, marketing, operations and knowledge management for the firm. Prior to that, as a management consultant she worked with some of the largest developers and owners/operators of property on projects to improve their operating platforms. Prior to her work at RealFoundations, Naomi was a staff attorney for a Dallas, Texas-based affordable housing developer and the US Small Business Administration. Naomi received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio.
