Naomi Souza

Chief Transformation Officer

Naomi Souza is the Chief Transformation Officer at LURIN. Naomi joined LURIN in October 2020 as the Chief Process and Administrative Officer and focused on both the improvement of business processes across the company and collaboration within LURIN’s modern digital workplace. In her role as CTO she is responsible for the design and deployment of process and technology solutions across the LURIN family of businesses. As the CTO Naomi will provide leadership, management and vision to make certain the organization has the proper controls, people, process and technologies in place to grow the organization and ensure operating efficiency.

 

Prior to joining LURIN, Naomi spent 14 years serving in various roles at RealFoundations, a global professional services firm focused solely on real estate. There she worked with some of the largest developers and owners/operators of property on projects to improve their operating platforms. Prior to her work at RealFoundations, Naomi was a staff attorney for a Dallas, Texas-based affordable housing developer and the US Small Business Administration. Naomi received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio.
