Senior Vice President – Chief Human Capital Officer

Mary has 25 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, of which nine were in the field of property management. Prior to joining Lurin, Mary was a Divisional Director of HR for the Single-Family Homes Division of Blackstone (Invitation Homes). Throughout the launch of the firm, she played a key role in ensuring the successful development of the HR team. In addition, she structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, benefits, performance management, incentives and on-boarding.  She supported management and staff with HR needs in four state regional offices encompassing over 2,000 staff members. She strategically advised divisional leaders of each market on employee relations, training, compensation, and recruitment, and provided advice, training, counseling, and support to field offices. Lastly, she implemented and monitored compliance with HR policies.
