Lisa M. Catlett is the President of Operations for Lurin Property Management. Lisa began her property management career over 20 years ago as a part-time leasing agent while attending The University of Texas at Arlington. Lisa has held positions and roles including Director of Marketing and Training, Due Diligence Director, Regional Manager, Senior Vice President and President of Operations roles within the multifamily industry.
Lisa has worked for some of the most prestigious management companies in the country where she has gained her vast knowledge of policy and procedures, financial analysis and training methods, all while overseeing more than 25,000 units throughout the United States. An expert in new construction, lease ups and value add/property re-positioning, Lisa personally oversaw the development and new construction of 14 multifamily communities, ranging in scale from 89 units to 744 units. She fully completed lease up tasks on conventional communities, LIHTC, LIHTC/HUD overlay properties, along with city partnered veteran homelessness initiative programs. These projects have covered DFW, Austin, Washington, Atlanta, Florida and Tennessee, to name a few. Lisa holds her Certified Apartment Property Supervisor, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Housing Credit Certified Professional and Specialist in Housing Credit Management certifications.
