Chief Human Resource Officer

Joe Hudson is the Chief Human Resource Officer at the LURIN Group. In his role, Joe will lead the company’s Human Resource strategy to provide superior business outcomes. In support of the company’s strategic objectives, he will focus on elevating the employee experience while developing and implementing talent-focused programs and practices within the organization.

Prior to joining LURIN, Joe was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Newmark, a commercial real estate advisory and services firm headquartered in New York City. In that role, Joe led Resourcing, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Workforce Analytics, Compensation and Benefits and Operations.

Joe brings over 30 years of experience in diversified Human Resource roles. He assisted CBRE for over 13 years, where he held positions that included Global Head of Human Resources for the Advisory Services business and Senior Vice President of Global Human Resource Operations. Early in his career, Joe worked in various Human Resources roles with companies including Arthur Andersen, Thelen Reid, Priest, and Heller Ehrman.
